A bit about us:

We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to join our team on a hybrid remote basis. As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for providing tax planning and consulting services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial goals and create tax strategies that align with their objectives. The candidate must have a CPA and experience in s-corp, c-corp or partnerships.

Job Details

• Lead and manage tax engagements for our clients.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients.
• Review and prepare complex tax returns for entities, including s-corp, c-corp, partnerships, gifts, trusts, and estates.
• Identify tax planning opportunities and make recommendations to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Research and stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior tax staff.

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• CPA certification
• 5+ years of public accounting experience
• Conceptualizing, developing, and monitoring the work flow for tax preparation

NICE TO HAVE, experience with:

• Experience preparing and reviewing complex returns for S-Corporations, C-Corporations, LLCs, partnerships, high wealth individuals, consolidated, or multi-state returns and nonprofits
