All ManTech employees will need to meet the requirements set forth in Executive Order 14042 and the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force Guidance requiring all covered contractor personnel to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureBecome an integral part of a diverse team while working at an Industry Leading Organization, where our employees come first. At ManTech International Corporation, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented mid-level Capabilities and Requirements Manager to join our team in the Herndon, VA area.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Aligning requirement from multiple customer documents to develop and maintain a Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) via Agile tools and methodologies.Trace development teams’ Agile features to the RVTM for each Program Increment (PI)Creating Dashboard that report on components performance metricsAnalyzing joint needs statements and recommend capability requirements to support solutions to fulfill capability gaps and optimize capability investments across the programs.Reviewing and providing comments on technical materials consisting of, but not limited to, technical documentation and reports, cyber policy and procedures, and planning materials.Develop and review program, system, operations, implementation, and transition plans, and governance, technical papers, white papers, Roadmaps and concept of operations (CONOPs) to ensure alignment with the RVTM.Briefing and participating in capability requirement boards, bureaus, cells, committees and working groups regarding capability development in support of customer operations as required.Maintain a capability requirement repository that includes the capability sponsor and a concept of operations (CONOPS) for its employment.Supporting gap analysis activities by comparing, documenting, and reporting shortfalls in proposed capabilities.

Assessing how well the capability meets the requirement, document any gaps that may exist, and ensure that the capability aligns with Sponsor and meets the intent of the development objective or capability.Assist in the implementation, integration and synchronization of capability requirement solutions and development of a roadmap or transition plan.Assist in the preparation of Unfunded Requirements List, Integrated Priorities List, and Program of Objective Memorandum (POM) inputs related to capability requirements.Assist technical experts in reviewing functional/operational requirements to analyze the feasibility of implementing solution and develop system requirements.Providing direct planning support to the System Integration Team and Development componentsParticipate in Agile CeremoniesBasic Qualifications:Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in defining, allocating, and validating and verifying system performance against technical, operational, and interface requirements of an appropriately sized (similar to at least Acquisition Category II level) system software or hardware programs.Minimum of three (3) years’ experience leading the overall requirement’s role of relevant System Engineering and Integration efforts for DoD, other Government Agency or commercial programs or projects of similar scope and complexity as the proposed effort.Attention to detail; possessing a drive for continuous improvement and product ownershipAble to prioritize work, multi-task and adjust to time constraintsAble to use a PC and MS OfficeAble to use Jira and Confluence to create projects within the systemAnalytical and critical thinking skills,Excellent interpersonal and people skillsAbility to work on a team and independently when necessaryA creative and proactive thinker who enjoys solving complex problemsStrong communication skills – both listening and explaining.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Agile Methodologies and ToolsSecurity Clearance Requirements:Must be a US Citizen with an Active/Current Top Secret/SCI clearanceFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
