Adult Developmental Disabilities Division is currently seeking Program Manager that has integrity, dedication and compassion.

The Program Manager position oversees the supports provided to adults with Developmental Disabilities within a community living setting.

Requirements:

Candidate must have an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Human Services including but not limited to Sociology, Social Work, Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling or Psychology.

Must meet Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services QMHP or QIDP requirements.

Must have two years of clinical experience to include case management, supervision or direct management.

DD Group Home or Day Support experience in managing or supervising staff and individual is preferred but not required.

Candidate must be compassionate, take initiative and good communication/written skills.

Must have excellent customer service skills.

Certification should include or willing to be certified in CPR, First Aid, Medication Management and MANDT.

Job Description:

· Responsible for overseeing and providing clinical supervision of all direct support within the Developmental Disability (DD) residential community living program;

· Responsible for overseeing DD residential management (Manager/Leads) and all direct support staff;

· Responsible for performing as Human Rights Advocate for individuals and all programs;

· Oversee and ensure that all policies and procedures are carried out according to regulatory standards;

· Responsible for editing, updating and creating company policies and procedures;

· Responsible for receiving notification and providing guidance in emergencies situations;

· Responsible for interviewing, hiring, performance and disciplinary of all employees;

· Oversee and schedule required training and certifications for all staff;

· Responsible for overseeing and training of direct support professionals;

· Responsible for all intake, assessments, PFS’s and quarterly reports;

· Conduct PCP meetings for all individuals and attend various doctors, dentist, etc.; and

· Knowledgeable of Human Rights, DBHDS and Medicaid regulatory standards;

· Responsible for overseeing monthly budget for DD community living program;

· Work closely with CEO, VOP and PDO to ensure program compliance and expand program;

· Act as a liaison between CEO, VOP, PDO and DD residential, day center and community programs and other outside agencies; and

· On call 24 hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00
– $51,000.00 per year
