The Team – Enterprise Performance Management

Advise fast growing companies and well-known enterprises (both publicly traded and privately held) on a wide variety of transformational enterprise performance management (EPM) projects leveraging market leading tools such as OneStream XF, Oracle Hyperion, and Oracle EPM Cloud.

Team with leaders from across MorganFranklin to provide fully integrated services to support clients in the office of the CFO, CAO, and CIO.

Your Impact

  • As a Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of business process and performance management engagements, working with finance leadership of commercial companies to execute on large, complex engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions.
  • Get involved in deal shaping, discovery, demonstrations, and analysis!
  • Translate clients’ processes and requirements into a CPM solution, including systems integrations and recommended ‘best of breed’ solutions.
  • Prepare clients to use the OneStream solution by analyzing business and operations changes, defining and delivering training, and executing testing plans.
  • Deliver on OneStream projects including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations and other special projects, meeting clients’ tactical and strategic requirements over a full project life cycle.
  • Manage customer relationships by providing support, answering questions, and resolving concerns and issues.
  • Deliver on projects in the areas of critical data, data management, data governance, dashboard monitoring, DQ dashboards, data controls, data lineage, and data mapping.
  • Conduct interviews with client stakeholders to identify process and data challenges.
  • Document and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Develop analytical proof-of-concept prototypes and/ or deliver large-scale analytical platform implementations to fulfill clients’ tactical and strategic requirements.
  • Develop business procedures and data management policies for ensuring data accuracy and control.
  • Create model documentation, developing implementation roadmaps, and perform knowledge transfers.
  • Conduct operational assessments to analyze our clients current enterprise processes, organization, and technology environment in order to determine the optimal operating model, driving value through the CFO organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct, full life cycle OneStream XF implementation experience.
  • 4+ years of professional services or relevant accounting, finance, FP&A industry experience and/or experience automating the financial close or FP&A process.
  • Ability to understand metadata concepts (i.e.

    Cubes, hierarchies, dimensions).

  • Experience with data integration tools.
  • Strong SQL skills and understanding of data load processes.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem solving, and debugging skills.
  • Experience with Agile software development.
  • Experience writing Excel macros.
  • Must be flexible for future travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems (MIS), IT, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Close Consolidation and Budgeting process experience.
  • Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations.
  • CPA, MBA, PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma.
