This is a Full-time position in Fredericksburg, VA posted July 10, 2021.

Under the direction of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, the Office Manager is responsible for leading the office staff to achieve customer service goals and ensure Copart processes are implemented and followed for the Customer Service, Dispatch, and Title Processing functional units.

Through a thorough understanding of Copart practices, the Office Manager will lead their team to facilitate a unique Copart experience for customers by implementing and maintaining Copart best practices that meet company policy, quality and service expectations.
Hire, train, develop and motivate staff membersManage day to day operations of all positions managedEnsure all office positions meet company standardsEnsure performance is within company standardsProvide direction to team regarding administrative duties and goalsEmployee scheduling, time and attendance managementCash handling to include daily bank depositsAbility to complete all job tasks for positions supervisedLead team to meet or exceed facility goalsMonitor office supplies inventory and purchase as neededConduct performance reviews according to company schedulesPlan and lead meetings per company standardsHandle employee/customer service issuesOther duties as assignedHigh School Degree (GED), some college preferredThree (3) years office management or equivalent experienceComputer Proficiency (MS Office Suite)Excellent communication skills –
