Manager On Duty Salary Range: $55,000

Position Info The Manager on Duty will oversee all aspects of the daily operation of the Rooms and Food and Beverage outlets including Restaurant, Lounge, and Room Service.

Work with other managers to ensure a smooth-running operation.

Roles and Responsibilities of Manager on Duty: Manager on Duty will assist in coordinating and monitoring all phases of Loss Prevention in the outlets.

Preparation of reports such as wage reports, payroll, revenue, budgeting and employee schedules.

Manager on Duty will assist in menu planning and preparation.

As the Manager on Duty you will ensure compliance with local liquor laws, and health and sanitary regulations.

Be available to work on floor to assist staff and customers as needed.

Manager on Duty additional duties such as training, cross training, deal with guest complaints, and attend meetings.
