We are committed to individuals ‘being at their best’ by bringing fresh ideas to the table and turning their passion for food into results that matter.Dip into This RoleLeads a team of approx. 4-8 team members to achieve desired results in safety, quality, service and costsReviews and monitors the timely confirmation and actuary of inbound & outbound shipments and book adjustment transactions to ensure accurate inventory management recordsCoordinates and performs the taking of physical inventories in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements, investigating inventory variances & instituting new practices for better controlCollects, organizes and evaluates data and trends to identify opportunities to reduce inventory loss, deductions, OSDirects the performance of daily/weekly accounts and leads monthly/quarterly physical inventory countsWorks closely with the Warehouse and Operations teams to identify opportunities to drive accurate inventory keeping, efficiencies, and accountabilityEngages and inspires the team, embracing and enhancing the company cultureSolves problems and drives continuous improvement initiatives to innovate and streamline work processesIdentifies trends and opportunities that will impact the fulfillment process and customer service experienceInstitutes proper control practices for various inventory classificationsServes as a primary POC to facilitate product tracesEnhances team members knowledge and skill through coaching, counseling and training; provides feedback to team members & peers, enhancing their accountabilityRecipe for Success4-Year Degree is strongly preferred2+ years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, and distributionPreferred Experience in: warehousing, shipping, logistics, receiving, inventory management, inventory control, inventory process, continuous quality improvement, expediting and transportationCommitment to excellence and safetySAP knowledge preferredExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to write and read, comprehend and complete basic checklist, forms or other related documents in EnglishBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, division multiplication); ability to calculate percentagesMedium to strong aptitude in using Microsoft Office SuiteWe celebrate an inclusive environment and provide equal opportunity for development and advancement.
