Director of Operations

Buzz Franchise Brands (BFB) is a fast-growing multi-brand franchisor in the home services industry, and we’re looking for an energetic and hard-working franchise operations professional to join our Home Clean Heroes team. The Director of Operations will work directly for the President of Home Clean Heroes and across the BFB team to support our franchisees and drive the growth of the Home Clean Heroes concept. This position is based at our company headquarters in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Home Clean Heroes is an emerging residential cleaning concept supporting first responders with every home we clean. The Director of Operations will oversee brand operations and drive the growth across the franchise system. The successful candidate will be passionate about improving business owner performance and possess a demonstrated track record of success in business operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor the effectiveness of operational policies and guidelines.
• Ensure franchisee compliance with all system guidelines, requirements, and processes
• Develop or improve supporting materials (manuals and training collateral) for the franchise system
• Continuously improve our franchisor infrastructure (systems, processes, resources, etc.) to ensure franchisee success and rapidly grow the franchise system.
• Provide direct support to franchisees on all matters related to field operations, systems, and financial management
• Develop and manage key vendor relationships to include vendor pricing and performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in franchise operations, at least 3 years as a business coach/consultant
• 3+ years of leadership/management experience on the franchisor side
• Bachelor’s degree; business, project management, finance, or accounting preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Strong analytic skills with a basic understanding of statistics
• Standard computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Outstanding work ethic, keen attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Highly organized with solid time management skills
