Overview
Stand Together is seeking a Director of Benefits and Wellness to lead development, implementation, and administration of benefits programs across our organization. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, you will get to apply your knowledge and expertise to evolve our Benefits strategy and programs to support the growth and the ever-changing needs of our philanthropic community. With your passion for continuous improvement and driving operational excellence, you will also play an integral role in building an exceptional Benefits capability and team.
