Customer Strategy & Applied Design Manager

By joining our team, you will play a vital role in making an impact for our clients and the people they serve through our growth strategy, enhanced user experiences, and engagement through the entire lifecycle of customers’ interactions with the public sector.

Work you’ll do 

As a Manager focused on CX Measurement, Voice of Customer you will:

  • Deliver consistent, high-value services on a cross-section of complex customer and citizen centric projects
  • Design, build, and manage CX feedback tools (e.g.

    Medallia, Qualtrics, InMoment) to gain valuable customer insights

  • Manage, analyze and prepare the qualitative and quantitative data from feedback loops to create clear and compelling reports that drive action
  • Manage strong client relationships and help them identify needs around CX and data analysis
  • Lead CX Organizational Roadmap with insights that aid in prioritizing initiatives that deliver the most value to the organization
  • Display breadth and depth of knowledge regarding functional and technical issues

We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences.

A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations. 

Qualifications 

Required: 

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5+ Years of Management Consulting experience
  • 2+ years of Government consulting experience
  • 2+ years experience with VoC and customer strategy
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future 
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role 
  • Travel up to 50%
