The Bus Driver provides superior, friendly, efficient service during the rental car process, transporting customers to and from the rental facility in a safe and timely manner.

Establishes and maintains clear communications with other bus operators and management team to ensure a consistent, superior level of customer service.

Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.Part time position with the following schedule:Sunday: 2:30pm 11:00pm (8.5 hours) with a 30 minute breakThursday: 12:30pm 9:00pm (8.5 hours) with a 30 minute breakFriday: 12:30pm 9:00pm (8.5 hours) with a 30 minute breakThe location is at the Dulles Airport 23330 Autopilot Drive, Sterling, VA 20166.

For the latest on our COVID-19 response, please click here.Responsibilities:Deliver customers and vehicles to appropriate destination in a safe and courteous mannerGreet each customer personally in a friendly and welcoming mannerOperate the courtesy shuttle in accordance with all laws and regulations while following company policy to ensure a safe and pleasant operating environmentAssist customer(s) load and unload luggage, enter and exit vehicle and miscellaneous customer needsNotify Manager of any customer or vehicle problems including daily maintenance, including but not limited to ensuring proper oil, tire and fluid levelsProvide appropriate local information, distribute maps and handouts as requiredCommunicate with office and other drivers via 2-way radio or cellular phonePerforms miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualifications:Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid CDLMinimum of 1 year driving experience in a 15 passenger shuttle bus or similar vehicle within last 6 yearsMust be able to meet physical demands of the position with or without reasonable accommodation (lift a minimum of 50 pounds to assist customers)Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must be able to complete a pre-employment DOT physical exam to obtain a Medical Card as required by the USDOTApart from religious observation, must be able to work posted scheduleMust have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the last 3 years) criminal, employment reference, education, and social security.
