R10006989 Outside Sales Associate (Open)Location:Norfolk, VA (RDA) – Welding equipment rentalHow will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?Outside sales representative focusing on the mid/western part of Virginia. Ideal candidate could live in Lynchburg, Richmond areas as well as Norfolk.Outside sales representative focused on driving welder rental revenue while also selling used welding equipment.Develop rentals and sales of welding equipment, power generation and weld automation in the assigned region by following up on sales leads, making presentations, preparing quotations, maintaining all required literature and providing customer follow-ups. And will asses customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Some overnight travel is required.________________________Are you a MATCH?Develops and increases end user customer base by effective communication, assessment of needs and recommendations of solutions.

• Performs onsite equipment demonstrations.
• Develops long-term supply relationships through contracts and/or agreements.
• Meets or exceeds rental and sales goals specified in the market area.
• Represents the company at trade association meetings and Trade Shows to promote products.

Maintains accurate and timely submission of sales call reports and expenses.

• Travel within designated territory up to 25-50% of the time, including some overnight travel.

Must Have a Valid Driver License
