The ideal candidate will play a vital role in building member relationships and delivering outstanding service by identifying and offering solution-based credit union products and services.This position will promote and implement Parsons FCU’s mission and core values. As an MSR II you will work in tandem with other branch staff to deliver outstanding service to our members by proactively promoting our superior credit union products. In this role the ideal candidate will have the ability to approach, engage, and partner to make our members life journey easierQualifications:* Minimum 1 year+ banking experience* Associate or Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma and 1+ years related experience* Thorough knowledge of credit union deposit and loan products* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Call center experience* Knowledge of operational areas usually obtained through experience is preferred to identify sources of information to resolve member questions or concerns* Basic knowledge of credit union BSA and regulatory fundamentals* Ability to work under minimal direction and exercise sound judgement* Ability to multitask* Proficiency with related core applications* Accuracy and attention to detail* Ability to educate members of features and benefits of all credit union products and services* US Citizenship requiredOrganizations win or lose based on customers’ experiences.
