Sr. Producer


This is a Contract position in Virginia Beach, VA posted May 12, 2022.

We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our client’s team, a leader in the gambling industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day television production activities, collaborating with internal and external partners, and driving the process from bidding through delivery (pre-pro, shooting, recording, music, talent, editing, trafficking).

This will be a 3 month contract opportunity, starting mid-June.

In order to be considered, you must be able to work EST hours and comfortable commuting to different site locations as needed.


Producer ResponsibilitiesPartners with Creative Operations for timeline management (concept through delivery)Establishes and manages pre/post-production schedules and financial execution/tracking for video production and post-production projects.Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to facilitate integrated efforts and campaigns.Manages production and delivery of all Broadcast assets, partnering with and third-party vendors as scope and budget dictate.Oversees national and regional broadcast TV spot end card creation and facilitate tagging and trafficking operations.Negotiates vendor and talent contracts and provide Broadcast-related Business Affairs support in conjunction with outside counsel and/or internal team.Oversees usage tracking process and ensure expired assets are removed from use or terms are re-negotiated.Sr.

Producer RequirementsBachelor’s degree minimum of 6-9 years of production experienceWorking knowledge of enterprise tools (Google Docs, MS Office, MS Project, Wrike, Slack)Experience working in an Agency or related Marketing team setting is preferredExperience in field/remote production is requiredDemonstrated experience in digital campaign supportKey qualities you will needEmpowered self-starter, with excellent time management skillsTenacity in follow-through, owning and guiding projects from infancy to executionImpeccably organized with a careful attention to detailDemonstrates composure and poise in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environmentJobID:325017JLCella is an equal opportunity employer.
