JOB DESCRIPTION:  The customer has an immediate opening for a Senior Program Integrator.

This individual will utilize their strong project management skills to support an important Intelligence Community customer.

The successful candidate will be a polished professional with strong communication and engagement skills to help a customer in a hard target area advance their strategic mission.

Assess and document current business processes; identify efficiencies to improve business processes.

Draft documents for new business processes.

Attend senior meetings, document discussions and any actions identified in those meetings.

Ensure tasks are assigned to the correct owner and track task completion.

Assist in coordinating responses to senior level management, congressional oversight leaders and other individuals/groups as requested.

Create a dashboard or tracking mechanism for tasks assigned to the office.

Must have current/active TS/SCI and Polygraph  Must have a Bachelor’s degree  or 4 additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree and  14+ years experience Must have experience supporting senior managements in a front office environment.

Must have experience in business process management, workflow documentation and design, and/or organizational mapping.

Must have experience supporting senior managers with special projects aimed at improving business effectiveness and efficiency, including baseline mapping, business model and methodology generation.

Must be able to apply project and/or portfolio management skills, plus 5 or more years of relevant experience.

Must have organizational strategic planning to include conceptualization of goals, supporting actions, and progress tracking.

Must have ability to leverage tools (Excel, Tableau, JIRA etc.) to support customer requirements.

Must have strong written and oral communication skills Ability to piece together vague ideas and build on those ideas taking them to the next level.

Ability to develop and maintain interactive dashboards to support management.
