Senior IAM Engineer Job Location Falls Church, VA Job Description Successful candidates will require an ability to apply consulting experience and skills in analysis, design, and development of Identity and Access Management systems using the ForgeRock andor SailPoint IdentityIQ to provide our client oversight and sustainment of a high availability IAM application. The candidate will leverage experience in architecting, configuring, building, deploying, and supporting Identity and Access Management solutions as a shared service across the enterprise. Additionally, candidates must have demonstrated experience with enterprise Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) technology solutions. A deep understanding of DoD and government security standards and policies are needed to ensure all deployed changes are highly secure and available. The candidate will work directly with senior-level systems and software engineers and architects to implement solution designs in a large complex worldwide enterprise. Qualifications Ten (10) or more years total experience supporting enterprise-class applications in a significant engineering or administrative role. Six (6) or more years in experience in Identity and Access Management, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), leveraging an integrated COTS technology solution. Four (4) or more years in experience with the ForgeRock andor SailPoint IdentityIQ suite of products. Advanced knowledge of LDAP, directory services, application servers and network infrastructure. Extensive experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) certificate and other credential service provider authentication methods. Experience with standard authentication protocols and frameworks such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC. Experience integrating and deploying Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions to web-based applications for authentication and authorization. Experience designing and implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions for high availability and disaster recovery. Typical DutiesAbilities Providing oversight on design, implementation and deployment of Identity and Access Management solutions. Assessing requirements for Identity and Access Management solutions to meet stakeholders needs. Analysis of long-term Identity and Access Management strategies aligned with enterprise requirements. Ensure Identity and Access Management solutions meet maintainability, reliability, sustainability, capacity and security requirements. Supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) andor users to address their requests, questions, and concerns. Soft Skills Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts) Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership Communication skills key! Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate with leadership and key stakeholders. Ability to articulate design and configuration choices and bring about consensus. EducationCertifications BS degree in Information Technology or another related technical discipline. Certification(s) in ForgeRock andor SailPoint IdentityIQ (Desired).
