Our Scheduling Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks related to our pre-installation processing function.Essential Duties and Responsibilities+ Schedules installation appointments+ Reviews pending installations and verifies product arrival and labor workbooks+ Manages installation pipeline+ Maintains installation paperwork+ Receives and maintains inventory of orders+ Resolves relevant customer resolution issues+ Close installations in the CRM when verified complete+ Collect payments/submit funding for completed jobs+ Performs other duties as assignedPosition Requirements+ High School Diploma or GED+ 2+ Years of similar administrative support experience; home improvement/construction industry experience a plus+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite+ Experience with CRM a plus+ Customer-centric mindset+ Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high pressure environmentSuccess Factors+ Sense of urgency.
