This is a Full-time position in Max Meadows, VA posted September 19, 2023.
Assesses the need for, plans, develops and ensures delivery of the hospital education. Maintains education calendar. Serves as one of the two main, on-line education system administrators.
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of VA, or Compact licensure which includes the Commonwealth of VA, or eligibility to sit for NCLEX exam, and in good standing with the Board.
BLS certification within 30 days from hire.
ACLS and PALS within 90 days of hire.
BSN strongly preferred
Computer program proficiency, with skills in Word, Excel and Power Point.
Two years of clinical experience required, prefer experience in quality improvement or education.
Must be able to work flexible schedule as needed to accomodate educational needs of healthcare staff.
