The IT Operations team at Stand Together is seeking an IT Engineer focused on Office365.

In this role, you will drive best practices for over 1000 end-users and be responsible for the management, administration, and governance of the Office365 tenant, including Exchange Online, Teams Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Security and Compliance Center, and more.

This is a strategic role that involves innovative planning, problem solving at the tier 3 level, and the ability to develop strong partnerships across our IT Operations team and with our employee-customer base.

You’ll be part of a three-person sub-team working cross-collaboratively with other SME’s and product experts with a high sense of urgency and impact.

We’re looking for a real thought leader and subject matter expert who is ready to take on a more entrepreneurial role.

Your Responsibilities Include
Build and maintain a strategic view of Microsoft licensing and subscriptions; establishing run and maintain regular review processes Own the health of the Office365 service line, including maintenance and support for all Office365 services Serve as an escalation point and proactively mentor teammates including help-desk support team, sharing best practices, and providing documentation necessary to shift left Stay up to date on upcoming Microsoft changes; knowledge sharing and preparing for roll-out with customers when applicable Develop and maintain custom PowerShell scripts for automation, redundant task, reporting, and monitoring Leverage Microsoft support contract services, maximizing value gained for the organization
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
3+ years Office 365 experience with 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Exchange Proficiency in PowerShell scripting Familiarity with or experience managing email migrations between domains Strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations, priorities, and projects across customers, partners, senior executives, and organizations Proven experience driving business impact based on understanding of customer needs with a focus on change management and understanding customer impact Familiarity with Azure, AD, and Office365 authentications preferred Familiarity with DNS/DHCP and Domain Management preferred Proven design, configuration, integration, testing, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Office365, Exchange 2016, Azure, Office suite, and Outlook applications
