SummaryYou will serve as a INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST in the CENTER FOR SURFACE COMBAT SYSTEMS (CSCS).ResponsibilitiesRequirementsConditions of EmploymentnullQualificationsIn addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing, developing and reengineering Surface Combat Systems curriculum for incorporation into formal training; 2) Interpreting Naval Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) program process requirements to provide military training; 3) Applying learning theory and instructional technology to determine delivery methods and measure efficiency of Surface Combat System training programs and processes; and 4) Reviewing military occupations, job assignments, and career paths to ensure training program alignment with manpower requirements, procedures and systems (e.g., Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS)).
