We are relentless in delivering the highest levels of services to provide tangible value and create sustainable results for our clients.The DoD Business Analyst supports the GKG business development team with a focused effort on DoD programs, specifically Army, Navy and Air Force.

Individual executes day-to-day activities supporting the business development activities in the DoD space that range in level of complexity, technology, and time.

Reports to the DoD Account Executive(s).Research and AnalysisSupport the DoD Account Executives throughout the business development and capture lifecycle, to include:Detailed analysis and reporting.Managing and maintaining the opportunity pipeline and the gate review processAnalyzing business and market intelligence to evaluate new opportunities; presents findings clearly and makes recommendations for action.Assists with core business development activities, such as generating opportunity reviews and communicating with potential clients and partners to better understand business trends.Seeks out new market insights and business opportunities using industry standard research and analysis methodologies.CommunicationScheduling, organizing, and staffing BD meetings.Taking and compiling notes and communicating and following up on action items.Collaborate with the BD Team and Program Management Office on tasks related to contract pursuit, execution, and delivery.Developing call plans to potential customers and partners.Pursuing leads and developing relationships throughout the BD cycle.Bid and ProposalsCreating and editing proposal products based on analysis.Assisting with proposal managementCommunicating with partnersBachelor’s DegreeUp to 5 years of experience in a related work fieldWorking knowledge of the DoD organization, structure, functions, military departmentsMilitary experience preferredWorking Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePointAbility to conduct independent research and then to provide meaningful results in a clear and concise mannerMust be able to work self-sufficiently and productively in a full-time remote environment
