Customer Success Specialist

Attune (formerly Senseware, Inc.) is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our rapidly growing Internet of Things startup that is making noise as one of DC’s hottest startups. We have a full-stack solution (hardware and software) that helps transform the way real estate facilities are managed. Must be calm and personable under pressure with strong negotiation skills. We are seeking someone who can perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment. 

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Work under the direction of the Customer Success Manager to execute our customer service strategy and ensure the highest satisfaction for customers and clients
  • Be responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
  • Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction
  • Take ownership of day-to-day interactions between Senseware and its users
  • Take steps to know the company’s products inside and out and provide technical support to customers and training on Senseware products
  • Use CRM software and develop best practices to track all customer service interactions
  • Meet and strive to exceed individual monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Go to customer site as needed and help install the Senseware system
  • Execute customer success process including onboarding, training, and coordinating assembly, fulfillment, and shipping of customer orders
  • Manage annual renewal process to ensure low churn 

Qualifications

  • Have a college degree in science, communications, marketing or a similar degree
  • Have technical aptitude and ability to learn hardware and software programs
  • Experienced with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) Major plus
  • Experienced with implementing systems in the building is a plus
  • Desire to work in a startup environment, with a proactive mindset and minimum need for supervision
  • Persistence and determination to deliver results
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and management abilities
  • Well organized and strong work ethic
  • Outgoing, personable and fun
