United Air Temp Residential HVAC Company seeks FT Customer Care/Sales Associates in Lorton Virginia

Starting Pay: $15.00-16.00 hr., depending on experience, plus bonus, Comprehensive benefits package, and growth potential

Daily Tasks:

• Outbound dial to contact all hot/warm/cold sales, repair and maintenance leads received

• Book/schedule appointments for our in-field sales, maintenance, and repair HVAC professionals

• Contact customers prior to all in-home appointments to ensure customers are home prior to arrival time.

• Communicate continually throughout the day with our in-field professionals to support their success

• Follow up with customers about any needs they may have.

• Process part orders generated through field personnel.

• This position will consist of heavy phone volume.

• Meet and exceed expected metrics (Bonus structure based on metrics)

• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum two years of exceptional customer service experience (references required)

• Prior inside Sales experience, preference is given to those with experience booking sales calls and generating sales leads.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Ability to demonstrate organizational and follow-up skills

• Microsoft Office skills

• Must have availability to work overtime, weekends, and rotating, week-long on-call schedule.

• GED or High School Diploma

• Must be able to successfully complete background check to company satisfaction
