Fantastic opportunity for a CRM Campaign Builder Our client (a health insurance organization) is seeking a talented CRM Campaign Builder for a FULLY REMOTE, contract (with potential for hire) opportunity.

For this position, you will be a campaign configuration/implementation expert who is comfortable with customer data and understands how that translates into campaign audience configuration in our client’s CRM tool.

This is a business-facing position that requires strong data and technical skills.

The CRM Campaign Builder will need to collaborate with our client’s business partners to understand the campaign strategy and campaign objectives in order to effectively configure the communication.CRM Campaign Builder ResponsibilitiesCampaign management for new and existing communicationsRequirements intake with business partners to understand campaign strategy, objectives, and targeting in order to translate the strategy to tactical implementation steps needed to launchOften takes on project management tasks/roles in order to outline timelines, responsibilities of various parties involved in the campaign, and keep the project moving forward as scheduledDevelops multiple communication campaigns using multiple modalities in the CRM platform from beginning to endMay work on several campaigns at a time, often in varying stages of testing and completion so must maintain project plans such that they are sure to follow all the steps needed to successfully implementAble to self-manage workload and time along with multiple requesting parties each with their own objectives and experience levelsDesigns, creates and runs business acceptance testing for their campaigns before launchIs able to set up pre-coded HTML in our client’s email system (connected to the campaign tool where our client builds the campaign audience and segment), run HTML testing to make sure the emails render as desired, and send/monitors emailsWorks with IT and other business partners to ensure data selected for entry into CRM systems is verifiable, validated using appropriate sources, and completeLearns business rules and underlying data to support quick, reliable campaign setup with a high degree of quality and accuracyFollow best practices, processes, standards, and strategy as it relates to campaign managementProactively build and maintain processes, controls, and procedures to ensure data accuracyAbility to prioritize and manage a high number of concurrent tasks with a heightened sense of urgency and ability to adhere to deadlinesProvide frequent progress updates and maintain documentationSupport campaign reporting and analytical insightsAbility to identify automation opportunities and campaign process improvementsTranslate highly complex concepts in a way that can be understood by a variety of audiences CRM Campaign Builder RequirementsBachelor’s Degree with a preferred focus in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science 3 years of customer campaign implementation experience Healthcare experience a plusDirect marketing experience is greatly preferredComfortable utilizing and analyzing customer data in order to facilitate the creation of campaigns, research issues that arise, and ensure campaign accuracyAble to balance a high priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlinesCreative thinker and exceptional problem-solving skillsExpert communicator and collaboratorAble to translate technical data concepts to business partners for understanding and alignmentProven ability to function in a heavily matrixed environmentExtensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.).
