We work with proprietary customers in the development of the next-generation technologies.

Our ground design and mission teamfocuses on rapid prototyping to demonstrate a host of mission-focused technologies for a variety of customers.

Our group works all facets of engineering from technology investment, concept development, requirements and design, build, integration, test, and demonstration of products in their relevant environments.

Position Overview:The Lead Materials Management Analyst will be a part of a high-performing team that are immersed in developing hardware and software solutions for proprietary programs for our clients.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to translate customer needs into detailed requirements for system integrated design including system/data architecture, facility design, hardware selection, software selection/development, system integration, testing and operations/maintenance.

Position Responsibilities:Work with engineering and infrastructure teams on system architecture designs and upgrades to coordinate the selection and procurement of hardware and softwareManage the materials and purchased services budgets and contracts for the programResearch and initiate procurement for all new hardware and software, including reviewing budgetary quotes to determine best value for the program.Maintains yearly software and hardware maintenance renewals, includes research of license keys and serial numbers for software and annual physical inventory of hardware.Software License Administration: Maintains all software license files, update as required, generate new license files as requested, maintain user access to software accounts.Coordinates with Supply Chain on all procurements, license renewals, hardware maintenance renewals and vendor contracts.Tracks payment of all procurements/invoices and maintain procurement databaseCoordinates Purchased Services contracts,track time-sheets / invoices, monthly burn down rates of current funding.Manages Material Budget ensure all renewals are forecast.Coordinates with Shipping / Receiving on all incoming orders.Receives orders in Material Requirements Memorandum (MRM) database, fills out Information Systems Security Office (ISSO) receiving report and provide items to requestors.Coordinates with Facilities for all work done, tracking original request to work done to ensuring all invoices paid.Procures all general office supplies / cleaning supplies, emergent requirements.

**This position requires a current Tier 5 (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (U.S.

Citizenship required) or requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): This position requires a current Tier 5 (T5) (Top Secret/SCi SSBI), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) (U.S.

Citizenship required) or requires candidate agreed to enter a Continuous Evaluation program.3 years or more of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).1 year or more of experience developing and managing budgets.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3 years or more of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices and processes.3 years or more of experience with project management.

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.G.

Bachelor) and typically9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.G.

Master+7 years’ related work experience, 13 years’ related work experience, etc.).
