The School of Language, Culture, and Society at Oregon State University invites applications for a full-time 1.00 FTE, 9-month, tenure track position in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
We are particularly interested in a scholar whose research addresses gender-based and sexual violence, and/or reproductive justice, especially with expertise with BIPOC, LGBTQ and queer/trans/nonbinary communities, and/or transnational contexts.
This hire strengthens program distinction in areas of Women of Color Feminisms, Transnational Feminisms and Sexualities, Queer Studies, Trans Studies, and Two-Spirit Studies.
This position will amplify campus and community partnerships related to gender-based violence and/or reproductive justice.
Minimum qualifications: PhD in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies or a closely related area from an accredited college or university.
Research expertise in women, gender, and sexuality studies.
Evidence of effective teaching in the classroom/online.
A demonstrable commitment to promoting and enhancing diversity.
