*What you’ll do: *
* Remove/install HVAC parts and products

* Set sales leads

* Diagnose HVAC systems

* Build accurate repair quotes

* Educate customers on HVAC parts and products when necessary

* Perform routine maintenance

* Train junior team members

* Communicate with clients and customers

* Understand and adhere to local HVAC codes

* Various tasks assigned by all managers and subject to change based on company needs

* Are EPA certified or willing to become certified
* Will maintain the highest level of service standards and communicates openly with the Service Manager.
* Will maintain truck stock inventory and ensures maintenance schedules are within the Company guidelines.
* Knowledgeable of all tools, equipment, and materials used to perform services on Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning.
* Have the ability to create relationships centered around teamwork, trust and mutual respect.
* Always exhibit a positive attitude.
* Ability to communicate, read, understand and apply written text of a technical nature.
* Ability to read, write and speak English and communicate effectively and clearly.
* Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
* Ability to handle stressful situations and work independently in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, stretch, twist, reach, climb, and lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
* Ability to access different levels of terrain, including interior and exterior landscapes while performing duties

* HS Graduate or Equivalent Years of Related Experience: 5+ Years
* License/Certificate Required: Yes
* Driver’s License Required: Yes
* Age Requirement: 18+

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
