PAY: Starting salary: $40,000 a year

SHIFT: Mon – Fri, 8am to 5pm


Scope of Work. The primary responsibility of the (Junior) Software Engineer (SE) is to design, develop, and install software solutions, under the guidance of the Senior Software Engineer/Director of IT. These duties often will involve requirements gathering and analysis; specification and report writing; data manipulation, recording, and input; technical support, design, and analysis; research and development; training and testing; customer support and application development; and maintenance and support of the company’s systems and software.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Take all reasonable efforts to ensure confidentiality to protect the integrity of the company and all information that you may receive from the Program, their Participants, or employees; this includes compliance with HIPAA requirements.
  • Remain current and familiar with the details of the company’s Success Management Software, Participant’s Login Portal on the Website, and the Automated Phone System (Integrated Voice Recognition-IVR).
  • Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
  • Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
  • Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
