Counterintelligence Analyst – Mid Level

ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

The availability of this position is contingent upon contract award Responsibilities Perform CI research and assess raw data, analyze systems, facilities, and critical nodes, identify threats, and provide highly-complex all-source CI analytic products to support policymakers and senior customers, investigations, operations, and collection in support of DIA and DoD CI efforts related to RDA, S&T, DCIP/CoG, and CFIUS threat issues Submit products for government review in accordance with DIA and ODNI analytic tradecraft standards (including all DIA Tradecraft Notes and ICDs 203, 205, 206, 208, and 750) Author and appropriately coordinate CI RDA, S&T, DCIP, and CFIUS restricted dissemination analytic products for the operational community Provide analytic support to the DoD CI enterprise regarding RDA, S&T, DCIP/CoG and CFIUS collection, investigations, operations, and related activities to ensure operators maintain awareness of current and evolving CI threats to RDA, S&T, defense critical infrastructure, CoG, and CFIUS Coordinate, organize, and participate in analytic exchanges of threats to RDA, S&T, and DCIP working group meetings and other external collaborative engagements within the National Capital Region (NCR) as required by the Government Continuously collaborate, engage, and work with other intelligence organizations throughout the JC on matters related to CJ activities within DoD’s RDA/DCIP programs Conduct coordination activities with government and non­government agencies and CI organizations to exchange information and review draft production in concert with CAD’s mission related to threats to DoD RDA, S&T, DCIP/CoG, and CFIUS requirements Facilitate all-source collection requirements and reporting through intelligence report evaluations, source-directed requirements (SDRs), and collector engagement regarding FIE threats to DoD’s CI, RDA, defense critical infrastructure, CoG, and CFIUS information in collaboration with the DoD CI Enterprise.

Evaluate sources’ technical, quantitative, and qualitative validity and analyze technical considerations affecting their use to fulfill established requirements Submit input for external engagements and significant activities to the government leads, to include criteria (as defined by each government lead) such as: dates, times, descriptions, background information, and points of contact Requirements ACTIVE TS/SCI clearance required; must be able and willing to take CI Polygraph Bachelor’s degree w/ 5 years of strategic analysis publication experience In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 7 total years of the same experience is acceptable Possess knowledge of DoD processes and terminology Experience planning, researching, writing, coordinating and publishing all-source strategic products Experience working in an Inter-Agency environment Ability to research and write finished intelligence documents that adhere to ODNI and DIA analytic tradecraft standards Knowledge of CI analysis or RDA/DCIP/ S&T or CFIUS issues Experience operating IC databases and analytical tools METIS Solutions, LLC.
