Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a Professional High Volume Full-Time Recruiter! This is a 6-month position, with the potential for permanent employment.

Under general supervision, interviews and recommends placement of candidates for entry-level thru experienced high volume recruiting positions from both internal and external sources. Determines best avenue in recruiting (e.g., advertising, direct contact, employee referrals, research organizations, employment agencies, and job fairs). Refers applicants for particular job openings and administers pre-employment assessments.

1. Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral.

2. Qualifies candidates through a variety of methods including, job postings, LI, Boolean searches and other resources. Surfaces candidates and develops networks to ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using web-based tools and agencies. Prepares applicant assessment, provides applicants with information on the company.

3. Participate with management to develop job specifications, make salary recommendations and negotiate starting salary with management and candidate, administer tests and interpret results, and arrange transportation of selected applicants.

4. Maintain open communication with team members and prospective candidates while delivering responses within 24 hours.

5. Handle 15-20 open requisitions while maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates.

MRM STRATEGY
The Recruiter continually identifies and promotes ways in which the Recruiting department can provide information and services that assist business units in meeting member needs consistent with the enterprise MRM strategy.

PROBLEM SOLVING/DECISION MAKING
Work is performed under only minimal supervision and requires extensive knowledge in recognized recruiting practices, techniques and methods. Work regularly requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment in making recommendations. Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.

Education:
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience

Typical Experience:
2-3 years of recruitment in a corporate setting.
Proven track record of success with staffing.
Ability to learn an ATS to maintain and document information.
Prior knowledge of various recruiting tools such as LI recruiter, Dice, Indeed and indeed Prime.
Ability to prioritize and multi task with a consistent commitment to quality.
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make quick decisions with extreme attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office skills are required.

Special:
PHR or SPHR designation is preferred.
Must be able to drive to offsite locations when necessary.

Pay:
30.00-35.00 Per hour
