Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Adult Trauma Unit, we have a 40-bed unit that will see the patients over the age of 18 in a safe and nurturing environment. The adult unit targets the mental health needs of individuals who have disorders, which may include psychiatric therapy, intervention based therapist, symptom management and mediation management. This unit allows the registered nurse to focus on effective intervention to stabilize and work as a team that leads to a successful outcome for their patients.
As a member of our team your will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting all aspects of patient care.
You will work closely with all health care providers to facilitate and coordinate efficient, effective, quality health care including patient discharge.
Our skilled nurses will offer trauma resources and to provide a full continuum to teach strategies and skills to increase resilience.
As a member of our team, you help identify the systems of the patient and give proper education and skills to the patient during and after their stay.
