Thank you for considering a career at Bon Secours!Memorial Regional Medical Center***THIS POSITION MAY BE ELIGIBLE FOR A BONUS UP TO $5K FOR EXTERNAL APPLICANTS WITH AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF RN EXPERIENCE!Primary Function/General Purpose of PositionThe Orthopaedic Program Service Line Coordinator is responsible for the development and high-level oversight of the Orthopaedic Service Line including methodology, facility design (where appropriate), financial analysis, materials, training, documentation, marketing support, program implementation and ongoing product refinement. The position serves as the first-line liaison between the Orthopaedic Practice offices and Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center. The Orthopaedic Program Service Line Coordinator has primary responsibility for ensuring the goals of the program are met. The definition of Orthopaedic Program Service Line includes patients undergoing elective surgery including Total Joint Arthroplasty and Spine Surgery. Non-elective patients include Fracture Care with a specific focus on Hip Fractures.Employment Qualifications

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing with a BSN. Master’s degree in management, business administration, nursing, or related area preferred.
• Currently licensed in the state of Virginia as a Registered Nurse. Must maintain current CPR certification.
• Five or more years of experience in the health care industry; with Orthopaedic experience. Orthopaedic certification by NAON to be obtained by end of 6 months of employment.
• Demonstrated competence in program development, interpersonal relations, and project management/supervision.
• Effective organizational, planning, negotiating, coaching, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective computer and analytical skills necessary to interpret quantitative and qualitative data relevant to the Orthopaedic service line.
• Interpersonal and problem-solving skills necessary to interact with executives and staff.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key physicians (specialty and referring).

• Five days a week, 40 hour week.
