Our Oakton location is currently seeking to add a Patient Care Coordinator / Optometric Technician to our exceptional team who will work closely with our doctors and staff to provide the highest level of patient care and customer service. As leaders in the optometric field, our team utilizes and offers the latest innovative technology to provide exceptional vision care and products to all our patients.

As a Patient Care Coordinator / Optometric Technician, you will experience a fast paced, exciting, and collaborative work environment while providing all patients with a friendly, comprehensive, and outstanding experience. Responsibilities include conducting pre-testing and specialized tests for patient exams, greeting and processing all incoming/outgoing patients, answering the telephone, monitoring patient flow, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, responding to patient inquiries, and conducting insurance verifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • optometric or medical: 1 year (Preferred)
  • customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
