Job Details
Medication-assisted treatment outpatient practice seeking full time nurse practitioners with a suboxone waiver for Martinsville, VA and Oakwood, VA.
What you will be doing:
- Perform initial assessments for patients going through substance use disorder
- Perscribe and monitor medication effectiveness
- Order and interpret test results
- Participate in provider meetings
Skills you need:
- Board Certification as a nurse practitioner. FNP, AGPCNP, or ANP. PMHNP not required.
- Suboxone (buprenorphine) waiver
- License in VA as a NP
