This position offers the opportunity to combine Systems Engineering with Model Based and Digital Engineering approach.

Work with a spectrum of government sponsors to gain understanding of their challenges, evaluate possible solutions and conduct insightful, actionable analyses.

Be passionate about applying data/models to real world problems.

Support the development and application of a variety of analytical models to sponsor challenges, with a willingness to adapt and learn.

Present results in an intuitive, actionable manner that can be understood by all sponsor audiences, regardless of technical expertise.Required Skills / ExperienceA Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or other related STEM majorsMust be a US citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining a US government clearanceSignificant academic concentration in at least one of the following disciplines:StatisticsMathematicsComputer ScienceComputer EngineeringSystems EngineeringInformation TechnologyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manipulate large datasetsExperience with tools/ languages such as Python, MATLAB, JavaScript, R, JavaAbility to formulate complex algorithms and process to solve complex data problemsPreferred qualifications:Undergraduate research experience is a plusPreference given to qualified candidates with current / active clearance.Academic/ project experience working with different programming languages, databases in cloud/ distributed architectureSoftware Development experience in a shared environment leveraging tools such as GITMITRE is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
