Job Description
*This position sits physically onsite at an office location in Winchester.*

Provides administrative processes support for tasks such as data entry, document verification, communication to providers and clients.

Routine decision-making is tightly defined, with greater latitude at higher job levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments.

Scope of work is defined by the contractual nature of the business.
Qualifications HS Diploma or equivalent Proficient with MS Office Suite Excellent communication skills-verbal and written Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback
Physical requirements
Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Computer literacy, ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, excellent communication, customer relations skills and attention to detail.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Courteous and professional interaction with claimants, client companies, corporate personnel, and the general public.

Customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
