This is a Full-time position in Ashburn, VA posted November 20, 2021.

Loudoun Water is a public utility that provides water and wastewater services to customers in Loudoun County.

Loudoun Water has an immediate opening for a Customer Support Representative at our Administrative Services facility in Ashburn which serves as the primary point of contact for our customers.

Responsibilities include: Answering incoming calls from customers who want to start and stop service, inquire about usage, update contacts, create work orders, and provide general information including billing questions.

Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times; effectively and efficiently work with customers and clients both internal and external and maintain confidentiality.

Attention to detail, reliability, and computer database entry a must.

Requirements: Graduation from high school with one year of office clerical experience and one year of direct service, preferably with a public utility and or call center environment.

Ability to work as a team member, follow established procedures, excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required.

Knowledge of basic computer functions including Microsoft Office 365.

Work overtime as needed.

Special Requirements: If selected for employment all new hires must be willing to get vaccinated or provide proof of vaccination for Covid-19 prior to their start date.
