Duties will be assigned progressively based on employees previous experience, strengths, and department needs.General: Interact with customers positively and professionally at all times through calls and emails Respond to all customer contacts in a timely and efficient manner Receive and send emails, calls, and faxes Process orders for customers Customer file and account maintenance Miscellaneous filing and other general administrative tasks Special projects as necessary and assigned.

Collaborate with other departments such as Shipping and Accounting Foster positive and collaborative relationships with co-workers pro-actively seeking ways in which to understand and support their areas of responsibilities.Customer and Consumer Support: Process consumable orders received via fax, email or phone Process trunk stock orders received via SalesForce.com (SFDC) Process capital sales (contracts through to installation) Process returns requests Create cases and document and respond to all inquiries, complaints, and feedback Research customer files and databases in response to account inquiries.

Order administration for special Program/Promotional consumable orders Basic carrier logistics and tracking Interface with shipping/receiving Utilize FAQ tool to provide delivery of standard information to internal and external customersExperience, Education, Training, Traits: Possesses knowledge of common CS concepts, practices, policies, and procedures Performs work limited in scope following standard practices and procedures.

This position requires immediate supervision occasionally requiring independent judgment in execution of standard procedures.

Requires strong skills in the following areas written and verbal communications (voice, grammar, and articulation), listening, computer and keyboarding, organizational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, conflict management, and telephone etiquette.

The position requires basic utilization of all internal applications (PeopleSoft, SalesForce.com and MS Office) Minimum of one to three years in related field Minimum of High School diploma Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes resulting from a dynamic and growing business environment.

Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly and smoothly integrate them into day-to-day responsibilities Demonstrated ability to draw upon experience and limited information in order to come to logical conclusions and sound judgmentsLanguage and Verbal Skills
– Individual must have excellent written and verbal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally.Physical Requirements
– While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to perform lifting tasks of up to 10 pounds for short durations.

Duties also involve daily keyboard data entry.
