Wells Fargo Virtual Channels (WFVC) Contact Center Business Assurance Support Team The Business Assurance Support Team serves as the Contact Center’s primary point of contact for risk management activities, including supporting Issue Management.

The Role This manager position will be expected to fulfill manager responsibilities and dually execute the work performed by the team.

This will be a hands on role where the manager will need to have a detailed understanding of the portfolio of Issues and Corrective Actions and be able to speak to these to a wide range of audiences including executive leadership.

The manager will lead a team of consultants focused on a specific portfolio of Issues within the business.

The team will partner extensively with LOB leadership, process owners, process SME’s, reporting/analytics/technology partners, control owners, and Control partners to ensure all Issue Management requirements and timelines are met and that all Corrective Actions are effective and sustainable.

The primary responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to: Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to a team of business support consultants; ensure team objectives and requirements are transparent and executed upon.

Work with partners and leaders to resolve concerns and drive towards solutions.

Manage and coordinate end-to-end Issue Management process and ensure Contact Center is in compliance with Issue Management requirements.

Establish and maintain relationships with key partners and leaders.

Partner with Business Leaders, Business SME’s, Control, Compliance, Ops Risk, Legal, and other partners to identify Self-Identified Issues, or respond to Issues from Independent Risk Management/Audit/Exams, coordinate and perform Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Action Development and ensure subsequent mitigation of the risk and gaps through what is delivered in the Corrective Actions.

Provide coaching and review to ensure the solutions are effective and sustainable.

Perform Issue updates, Issue reporting, and Issue process development.

Present Issue updates to a wide range of audiences including executive management.

Lead strategic efforts to continuously improve Contact Center’s Issue Management capabilities.
