Responsibilities: Our healthcare finance consultants help clients optimize all elements of their finance organization, including operating model design, sustainable cost reduction, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial systems architecture, and full-scale finance transformation. This high performing team helps CFOs identify, design and implement programs that transform their finance function to meet today’s demanding requirements while continuing to provide value added insights to the business. Responsibilities: · Organize and lead a project workstream within a Project Management Office · Develop integrated processes between Deputy Chiefs of Staff (DCoSs) within a US Army Direct Reporting Unit (DRU) · Analyze healthcare metrics to make informed and data driven recommendations · Draft Information Papers/Memos outlining Policy Guidance to stakeholders across DCoSs · Support meetings with the senior leaders across a DRU, which may include preparing briefing slides, documenting due outs, and following up on next steps · Develop and present economic analysis performed in accordance with accepted US Army methodologies · Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports · Engage in Business Process Redesign and Reengineering Qualifications: Requirements: · Certification in one or more of the following: PMP, CDFM, CGFM · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science or another related field from an accredited college or university · Minimum of five years of experience in supporting financial management, business process reengineering, data analytics, or financial management systems implementation initiatives · Demonstrates abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs: actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of firm services; preparing concise, accurate documents · Experience with using Microsoft SharePoint portal sites and providing document management support · Excellent written and verbal communications skills with a demonstrated ability to make difficult concepts easy to understand · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. · Strong organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work · Must be organized, self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic work environment · Demonstrated ability to excel both independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment · Possess an acute awareness of organizational cultures and political savvy · Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, MS Project, MS Office and Excel Disclaimer: · Experience with the Military Health System · Experience with the US Army Medical Command (MEDCOM) · Demonstrates knowledge of DoD PPBES · Ability to build dashboards with data visualization applications such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
