Admin Assistant – Accounting – New Opening

This is a Contract position in Chesapeake, VA posted November 21, 2021.

Allied Personnel Services is seeking candidates for an Admin opening to support the Accounting department of a large Lehigh Valley manufacturing company This position will run through January 2022 and is full time, 8a-5p, M-F.

Pay is $19.00-$20.00/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities: collect, summarize, and enter transactions into the company’s ERP system work with the credit analyst to communicate with customers and collect outstanding receivables notify customers of overdue balances mail invoices update customer records Candidates must have a high school diploma and be comfortable making a high volume of outbound collections calls.

A pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
